Changing DNS settings

I am trying to change the A records for my domain name to point them to my own server.

I go throught the procedure, click save but the settings are not saved, all I get is a message saying 'Do Not Refresh Your Bowser' and that is as far as it gets.

Could someone please point me in the right direction.

Does anyone actually monitor this forum?

I filled in a form to request my DNS be changed 2 days ago and still haven't heard anything, BT are a joke with regard to customer service.

Hi studiosoft,

I realise you posted this a while ago and hoping you’ve already found the answer you needed, but just in case and for other members who might have the same query.

For DNS A record repoints you can contact the live chat team or go to www.dnsforms.co.uk and fill in the request, once submitted,if it is submitted correctly you will get a reference similar to 281015-000123, which will allow us to track the request for you.
