&lt;P&gt;on the form website fill in the general enquiry form with as much details as you have for the domain, put in a dummy account number eg WM12345678 and a dummy answer for security, and put all the details you have in the comments box, they will email you back with the next steps.&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Can't access account to manage my services</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a domain through BT last November &amp;amp; haven't been able to use it in the way I intended. Tried to ask the BT hel through emails but didn;t get anywhere.&amp;nbsp;Most of it was down to me not understanding the way things worked (or didn't work) and so I have now found someone who can do what I want but I need to move the domain away from BT. To&amp;nbsp;do that I need to log in &amp;amp; change the IPS tag.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But I can't remember the log in details, tried but am now I am locked out. It won't let me reset password &amp;amp; says I must contact BT to resolve, but the link to contact us doesn't give an option for this! and I don't have hours to hold online waiting for an answer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, wondered PLEASE if anyone here can help me. How do I reset password to get in to manage services on a domain name only account - not linked to any other BT account. Thank you very much.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;It is not possible for a user to login and change the IPS tag themselves, it is only something out domain name can change on your behalf.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you go to &lt;A href="http://www.dnsforms.co.uk" target="_self"&gt;www.dnsforms.co.uk&lt;/A&gt; there is a link to transfer out your domain, click on this, then click on email , this will give you a form to fill in and submit.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Once the team receives this email your request is normally carried our before the end of the next working day.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the reply &amp;amp; the link to the form I need to complete.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it asks in a mandatory field for account number. Thre is no account number - I only ever received a confirmaiton of service purcahse &amp;amp; payment by email. It is only a domain name - ther eis no web site or host package attached, I don'y pay BT for anything to do with this after the inital purchase of domain name for 2 years.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It also asks for answer to security question - that could be difficult too, &amp;nbsp;but one step at a time!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, still unable to progress &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any further advice, wd really appreciate.
