ftp not logging in

Hello and thank you for reading.

My webpage will not edit through EasySiteWizard Pro. The text in the text boxes is locked somehow. (A question was asked about this at /t5/Website-hosting-domains/EasySiteWizard-Pro/td-p/77076

So to work around this, I am trying to make a copy of the webpage to then upload it and find if I can edit this instead. I have installed filezilla but now this will not login. Filezila says (I have XXXXXX out my e-mail address name) :

Status: Insecure server, it does not support FTP over TLS.

Response: 331 Password required for XXXXX.XXXXX@endsandwhites.co.uk

Response: 530 Login incorrect.

Error: Critical error: Could not connect to server

Status: Disconnected from server

Is there a solution please? Thank you. I tried changing the FTP password. No difference.

Hi WizApprentice

To access a website via FTP you will need the server address which will be ftp.domain.co.uk and the username will be domain.co.uk and the password is your FTP password, if you are unsure or need tro reset you FTP password you can do that through the manage services page on bt.com
