After opening a Microsoft 365 account and trying to verify our domain name i recieve a message stating that its connected to another tenant. "xxxxxx.co.uk was already added to a different Office 365 account bt3257717pop.onmicrosoft.com."

after speaking with BT tech support they advised me to remove all the mailboxes still attached to the BT business lite which i have done. However one address Julian@xxxxx.co.uk couldnt be removed as it was linked to a BT account. i spoke to BT tech support again who advised that they would do this manually and to check back in 4 hours. i did this and still same issue, went back to BT same response wait another 4 hours.

After another 4 hours the issue is still the same. I'm now without access to email having been told that this would only take a few hours to complete. Is there another way to have my domain name removed from the BT business lite system so i can register it on office 365??
