    <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks for the reply&amp;nbsp;Steph.&amp;nbsp; I am a little bemused as the instructions that come with it explain how to connect it to Public Folders.&amp;nbsp; Maybe someone needs to ammend the istructions as i'm sure i'm not the only one.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has left us feeling rather dissapointed as the BT salesman that visited us said it DID connect to Exchange, this was our only 'must have' feature when deciding on a new phone system.&amp;nbsp; Now, none opf us can share a central phonebook, thats quite a big shortfall in a phone system in my opinion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have contacted Xarios (the company who developed the Click-to-Dial software) in a hope they can help as they also show how to connect the software to Public Folders.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
