    <description>&lt;P&gt;When trying to change the DNS settings for one of the domains I manage -&amp;nbsp;the changes are never applied and the system freezes. Also can sombody explain why the reverse DNS zone is actually hosted in Florida? Trying to get a copy of the reverse zone is impossible because it is outsourced and the forward&amp;nbsp;DNS settings are only 25% complete (initial setup by BT),&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The web management interface does not work and also you cannot even add records so it is viewable from the web if you have a hosting package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Very very shoddy service and not fir for purpose and causing my client all sorts of issues with mail being rejected by some SMTP servers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help is no use as nobody answers the phone or you are in a queue and even if you get connected after 2 hours they can't help you as the problem is not on the help desk script.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole mamagement site and navigation is shot to bits and almost every page one link or another does not work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Definately thinking of transfering all domains and hosting away to somebody who can do the job.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad Bad Bad show and experiance over the last 3-4 years after 25 years with them. Why pay for a business service 24/7 when they do not deliver?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
