ddi lines as fax number

i got 10 ddi number. please can some body help me how to use my one of the ddi number as fax number. initially what i did is attach a fax machine to one of my extesion.but i can not hear any noise. please guide me completly. like even what should i do starting from the bt versatality bt switch and ending at the fax machine . its kind of urgent.

In the system programming you assign 1 ddi to the fax extention, if there is no dial tone on the socket you are using for the fax then you need to fix this first.

I would advise you to contact a telephone engineer to get your fax up and running for you.

ax 2 email service. no more wasted paper or DDIs to send you just use any analogue extn unless you have a fancy isdn fax 😉
