New line installation + Mitel IP system

Hello,

I agreed to have BT install some IDSN and analogue lines, and Mitel IP system on 4th Feb 2011 for a new premises we are moving into.

I've today been told by email the install will be 4th April 2011 this is 8 weeks after the order was placed.

Can someone tell me why it takes so long and whether there is anything you can do to speed it up. Waiting 8 weeks for a business to have phone lines is pretty poor in this day and age. We won't be able to run our business in the new premises for 8 weeks, 2 months!
