    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I agreed to have BT install some IDSN and analogue lines, and Mitel IP system on 4th Feb 2011 for a new premises we are moving into.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've today been told by email the install will be 4th April 2011 this is 8 weeks after the order was placed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me why it takes so long and whether there is anything you can do to speed it up. &amp;nbsp;Waiting 8 weeks for a business to have phone lines is pretty poor in this day and age. &amp;nbsp;We won't be able to run our business in the new premises for 8 weeks, 2 months!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Mat&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you speak to the &lt;A title="Order team" href="http://btbusiness.custhelp.com/app/contact#s=ImNhdD0yMTk3LDI2MzZ8Zm9ybV9zdGF0ZT0wIg.." target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;Order team&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;they would be able to check this and advise.&lt;/P&gt;
