    <description>&lt;P&gt;depends on why you need to trace.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if its a criminal act BT will provide to the police, if its a repeated nuisance caller they should help. if you forgot to ring a customer back etc then you are up the swanny.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;dont suppose you have a tel system as some have delta logging every call in and out?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;good luck&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Tracing Old Numbers</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to trace a phone number (someone who phoned me) even though the call was made last week?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had calls since, so 1571 is out of the question.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know the time and date of the call, and I am hoping that in the same way that out going calls are logged, i am hoping that incoming calls are also logged.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is possible, please le me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
