I need some line changes and ordered them on 28th March and was given a completion date of 8th April - ideal as I was going abroad and would return on 6th April.

When I returned there were no messages and no emails with teh Technician appointment - so on April 7th I started to call and was finally told it would now be 3rd May.

Great - I have specific items planned but cannot do those until these changes are made so a month of sitting idle.

One of the back office staff has tried to get the issue escalated and brought forward but apparently there are no technicians available until May - so if I get a line fault, then I will also have a four week delay it getting it resolved.

If I promise a customer a completion date - I stick to it and do not mess around. No one can tell me why teh 8th April appointment was not made/kept, or why teh 13th April has also slipped. This is total incompetence.
