    <description>&lt;P&gt;Account number ND 5607 8639&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We're a small charity based in East Grinstead and&amp;nbsp;after Christmas, experienced &lt;STRONG&gt;severe disruption&lt;/STRONG&gt; as a direct result of a &lt;STRONG&gt;BT engineer inadvertently cutting our two phone lines and fax line&lt;/STRONG&gt; (to which our internet is connected) whilst fitting a new phone line in a neighbouring office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The whole debacle took a week to resolve in the period immediately after Christmas and&amp;nbsp;- &lt;STRONG&gt;nearly five months on&lt;/STRONG&gt; - &lt;STRONG&gt;we are still awaiting a full explanation and apology&lt;/STRONG&gt; in writing and ideally a small donation (in place of compensation) for the loss of our service for a week.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We are a &lt;STRONG&gt;registered charity&lt;/STRONG&gt; providing services to bereaved children and families.
