    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column lia-quilt-column-20 lia-quilt-column-right lia-quilt-column-main-right"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column-alley lia-quilt-column-alley-right"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-heading lia-component-message-header"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-row lia-quilt-row-standard"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column lia-quilt-column-20 lia-quilt-column-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column-alley lia-quilt-column-alley-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject"&gt;I have two small pub/hotels both with mini switchboards installed.&amp;nbsp; We have busy loud bars and need telephones with loud ring-tones.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body lia-component-body"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;At one site I have had a single BT Synergy 4100 for several years which has worked brilliantly - load ring and clear line.&amp;nbsp; It finally broke recently.&amp;nbsp; I have replaced with a BT Elements but the ring is too low - although the line is clear.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At my other site, we have a larger bar so I bought a twin set - Philips XL 3000.&amp;nbsp; This has a loud ring but the line keeps breaking up and the staff can barely hear the person on the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to replace phones at both sites but don't know what choices to make!&amp;nbsp; We don't need fancy options etc., just the following:-&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Switchboard compatible (analogue!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Cordless&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Loud Ring Volume (better than BT Elements!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Single and Duo type phones available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
