BT Inspiration phones

Hello! We have a BT Inspiration phone system in our office. Although I have the volume setting on maximum I struggle to hear callers and they complain they are unable to hear me. Messages are so quiet I cannot action them as I am unable to make out what has been said. Any help or advice would be most appreciated. Thank you

Hi access,

I'm sorry that you're having problems there. Your best bet would be to either raise a fault by going to http://www.bt.com/service or alternativley calling the Business Support Team on 0800 800 154. We will only be able to raise a fault against your account for the system if you do have maintenance on the System itself. However, maintenence can be setup by calling the Business Sales Team on 0800 800 152.

A normal business phone system can be converted to a digital business phone system. Today, most of the automated business phone systems are inexpensive and have all the necessary features that can make calling an international number just as easy and inexpensive as calling a local number.
