Hi,

Is the servicedirectcmm@bt.com email address still active?

I need some lines cancelled and also 1 moved and would rather email the information through.

If you would like to cancel services via email, if you go to contact us, you will see a section for closing your account, click this, then click email. Hope this helps

Thanks but thats not really much help. I don't want a email form to fill in but the email address itself.

I also don't want to close an entire account.

The only way to cancel products/lines, is through out customer options team, which is the link I have given you, unfortunately we have no direct email address for them
