    <description>Hi, BT tell me if I want 2 lines on one number I need a 'multiline'. Does this work like having two entirely seperate lines that just happen to have the same number? I understand to get the full benifit I would need a PBX, but could I theoretically plug a standard phone into each line? Many Thanks</description>
