      <title>Interrupted tone and red light BT Versatality System</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an interrupted dial tone and permanent red light on messages -&amp;nbsp; I am aware the interrupted tone is due to a facility activated on the line but I have no idea which one so I cannot clear it, I am also aware the red light indicates that there is a message however I have been through every extension and there are no messages. I spoke to someone from BT who said he remotely cleared the system but it didn't.&lt;BR /&gt;Can anyone assist?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
