In our office we have a BT Versatility phone system that has an answerphone facility. As we dont have standard office hours on some days I just want to set the answerphone manually, to come on when the last person leaves for the day.</P><P>I have set everything up, recorded a message, set it to answerphone, and when calling the office number, the answerphone only plays the first 2 words of the recording and then says 'mailbox' in a computerised voice.</P><P>Can anyone tell me why its doing this?
