      <description>&lt;P&gt;It's strange that I cannot contact BT NI with my sales enquiry.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is the question - how does anyone from outside the UK telephone BT?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no options on the website for what I want and there are no numbers offered, as far as I can see, that are not 0800 numbers, so how do I telephone a telephone company from the Republic?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eric McClintock&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
