Uncontactable BT

It's strange that I cannot contact BT NI with my sales enquiry.

Here is the question - how does anyone from outside the UK telephone BT?

There are no options on the website for what I want and there are no numbers offered, as far as I can see, that are not 0800 numbers, so how do I telephone a telephone company from the Republic?

This has also been my problem for some time. They should have a support line available for any inquiries.
