I questioned it, and BT investigated and said I must have left something downloading in the background, which I didn't. Now my bill has come in, all 64 pages, itemised. Here's one example of countless that I can see:</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>26/Nov 18:42:15 duration 2:03:25 but also on the bill, at exactly the same time and date, I have a FURTHER 16 listed!</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>I also seem miraculously to be able to be charged £5.73 for different times, days and durations from 2:46:50 to 0:1:16</P> <P>&nbsp;</P> <P>Since BT have investigated and not noticed any of this, who do I go to now?
