I want to contact 2 external clients via conference call then connect 2 clients through to internal extension (rather than use main reception phone to continue conversation)

List main proceedures please.

I am currently trying

Dial 9 then external phone number - once answered

scroll down on main phone to " External Conference "

dial 9 then other external telephone number - once answered

how do I put both calls through to internal extension???

Why not just set up call from required extension?

If you take out the V8 / Digital Phone and put an analogue device in that's fine, they are auto-sensing ports on the system, I thought you were trying to use one of those splitters / double adaptors like you use at home. If you plug another analogue phone in with the answer phone that will work and you can use the systems features using # codes at it rather than menus.
