      <title>Versatility + V-IP phones</title>
      <link>https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Versatility-V-IP-phones/m-p/36281#M16594</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;When the Versatility was new it was installed with 3 V-IP remote extensions which, after a short period of teething troubles, worked perfectly. About two years ago we didn't need the extensions any more and they were removed (but stored in the original packing). We now want to use 2 of them but they won't find the Versatility - it had a new main PCB about 9 months ago, could that be the problem and, if so, how do I solve it. The phones say they are looking for an IP address but I can't find that one in the BBM set-up (but I can find LOTS of others) what do I change - the programming on the phone (but to match which IP in the BBM ?) or the programming of the BBM but which IP do I change ? Please help, I urgently need to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
