Hi,

I have a Panasonic Answer phone that was set for 5 rings before answer service.

If it rings 3 times then I get some other party answer in an American Voice "Nobody to take your call at the moment Please ring back later" I checked this with my mobile and correct on three rings this extra voice cuts in.

Telephone BT (in Asia) ask have I been connected to your 1541 (think that is the number) No I am told you are not the fault must be with your answerphone. Email Panasonic and they say nothing to do with us.

Currently I have know got an answerphone on three rings to block the "American Voice" difficult if you are away from the phone and I now get my answerphone cutting in to early. 5 rings was better.

Has anybody else had this situation, I feel I might have some cross line. BT do not want to know and Panasonic say not their problem.

Hi the best way to isolate this issue is to try another phone if you will be getting the same issue.
