Hi there,

Completely new to this, but hoping someone can give me some advice on ordering a broadband and phone system for our small business??

I’m a complete IT novice and seem to be unable to speak with anyone at BT who is savvy enough to sell me the correct solution... Having read through the blurb online I thought the falcon system would offer us want we needed? But I have given up trying to order online, as this requires a phone number (of which we don’t have as yet, as this is want I’m trying to order!!) and so far by phone, regardless of all my explaining, I have managed to order 1 x home broadband and 1 x broadband with phone!!!

Basically, we are a company of three each with wireless pc (currently using Vodafone toggles). We are moving into a serviced office and require a wireless broadband to support all three of us preferably with unlimited usage together with a phone system (3 handsets) which will support call forwarding, transfer, hunt, divert and answer phone?

Any help on ordering the right equipment would be welcome!
