    <description>&lt;P&gt;There are a lot of reasons why this could be happening, depending upon line type, programming etc. It could also be the main board starting to fail.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need an engineer out for this one. try consulting the user manual on call diversion settings.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dean&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>bt versatility line busy</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My bt versatility has developed a fault .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It has 2 incoming analogue lines one line will not clear and is always busy its always the same line even if I swap them around on exchange if&amp;nbsp; I disconnect this line from the exchange it works ok can anyone help please!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT Versatility V8, When using line 1 get a "Busy" message and cuts off, line 2 works fine.&amp;nbsp; When I dial the line 1 telephone number it ring 6/7 times then transfers onto my mobile as it should for when out of office, however it does not ring in the office.&amp;nbsp; System has worked fine for over 2 years however first thing Monday morning scould not use line 1 to call out. Can anybody help please.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
