      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have three handsets, all set up to divert to individual voicemails if phone not answered, 'Press 1 for Ernie, press 2 for Bert.......etc etc.&amp;nbsp; I am number 3 and mine is not working, the other 2 do work.&amp;nbsp; BT won't have anything to do with it because we don't have a maintenance contract with them so I wondered if anyone might have the solution?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
