Hi,

I have a BT Versatility with ISDN2 lines which does not appear to allow 'star' or 'hash' to be sent when you pick up an outside line which makes using ISDN star service features (call forwarding etc) impossible. Have scoured the manual for settings to allow it but no joy. Same whether using a V8 phone or a POTS extension. Tried storing digit string under programmable button and also speed-dial list but still no good.

Is there a solution to this or does BT really sell systems that can't use such features???

I don't think star services is a feature of ISDN.
