Hi,

Just attempting to confirm what I have understood to be the case from reading the user manual.

We currently have External Music on Hold configured and would like to intrrupt this with an Auto Attendant, please press 1 etc.

As far as I can make out from the manual, this is not possible, am I correct?

I suggest for you to contact BT for assistance on how to set this up. I believe this is possible.

Thanks, good to know it maybe possible.

Can anyone elaberate though? The system isn't under a maintenance contract so I would imagine BT would be unable to assist?

At what stage of the call do you want the auto attendant to start, do you want it to answer the call?
