Blocking withheld callers

I have a business line and would like to preven people calling using a withheld number.

I have tried to follow the instructions given online, but am just told that the service is not available.

any ideas please?

You can contact BT for them to fix this for you if you keep on getting service not available.

I'm also having this issue but as i have the ESAVER package which is an online account, no one seems able to activate this function.... keep going from dept to dept, from online chat to sales, round and round.....

Sales are advising me to upgrade to the full package so they can activate this service... but with only 2 months to go for my renewal, i'd rather wait to negotiate a new long term deal....

If you have any luck with this issue, please do let me know
