You can test your line for faults online by going to <A target="_blank" href="http://www.bt.com/business/fault">www.bt.com/business/fault</A> however this will not work if you have a OneBill account, or an ISDN line.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>Can you give us some more info on this?
