BT Versatility shortcuts

Can anyone help me please. We use a BT Versatility system and I would like to program a shortcut key but don't know if this is possible. In our office, incoming calls ring on 2 phones (not mine) but I will pick up the call if both lines are busy. Rather than having a hunt group, can I have a button that shows me the number of the incoming call (we have several numbers that are CLI'd) so I can answer the call correctly (we run 2 separate companies through the same office) At the moment, if I just want to pick up an incoming line that is flashing I have to scroll through to find 'Examine incoming cal' before answering with the name of the correct company.

We have spare shortcut keys so I am just looking ot see if this is possible.

This could be possible if your phone is connected to your computer with a software where you can create shortcuts, but not sure if it would be applicable if you will do shortcut keys via phone. I hope it is possible.
