Not able to get caller display on all MSN's on ISDN2e

I am trying to get caller display on all of my MSN's on the ISDN 2e service. This used to happen a few years ago, however; I am now told that the service can only be provided on the main (head) number. What has changed? and can this really be true that it is not possible to get the service on other MSNs - surely that is mad? What should I be asking for to make this happen?

Thank you, I have checked and indeed would happily pay for the service, However I'm being told that such a feature is not available on ISDN2e with MSN's
