Featureline phone not ringing

My Featureline phone doesn't ring when a call is received. The message light flashes & I can still answer the call - question is how do I get the phone to actually ring?

I had this problem on a featureline phone and found the volume had been turned down on the ringer. Get someone to call the number then pres the VOL+ button until it rings out.

My Featureline phone is not ringing and def not the volume - the light only flashes when a call comes in.
