Call Divert and Announcements

We are due to move office in the next few weeks and need the phones diverting to another number. Does anyone know if it's possible to have calls diverted for, say, three months and then an announcement after that for anothe six months?

We have just installed a new BT system in our rwsidential homes and are having to change all our telephone numbers

I have been informed that ther is a BT system that will automatically inform the caller trying to contact us on the old number that we ahve now changed to a new number

Is this correct and how do I go about it
