Went through the online procedure to install a byline into the office . Went on holiday andwhile away had aphone call from an engineer that he couldn'tfind the property.i didn't get the message for a couple of days later. Got back from holiday and phoned bt to see what was happening with the insulation as it had been nearly 4weeks.&nbsp;</P><P>well had a phone callfrom bt yesterday telling me that they need to install 2telephone poles and numerous work the list is endless. To a cost of £4812.50 to which I'm completely shocked as there isalready a telephone line coming into the barn from previous use and a telephone pole right outside the barn entrance.
