Alarm Mail Almost Full

Can some help me to reset or delete the voice mail on our BT V8 Featurephone , we have been unable to reset this.

Have a look at page 68 in the owners manual, the manual is available by searching for BT Versatility Owners Manual.

Thanks for the messages, but nothing in the manual was helpful. I have went thru the system and checked the voice mail settings and everything in and around the voice mail settings.

The voicemail capacity used is at 100%. I have reset the phone and that does not clear the problem.

I have gone thru all the ext's and deleted any messages attached to them and still the voice mail capacity is still at 100%.

The Red message light is still on and its not going to voice mail at all.

Any more help would be great.
