Hi all,

I am a new member and new to BT business Phone services. I signed up for new business complete package with BT Infinity 2 broadband. I have 500 free minute calls package.

Today I was reading the different benefits on my package; it mentioned that I can get capped rate to mobile and international calls on a very low rate (as compared to normal rates).

I have few questions and I hope someone here can help me:

1- How I can check that if I have opted in to the capped rate or not? I have been trying my BT online account for last few hours and could not find any option to see this service/add-on my online profile.

2- If I want to activate this capped rate calling service- What will happen to my free 500 minutes? Do I loose that entitlement?

3- How the charges work. Has somebody actually tried this for international calling. It says on the price list calls to US for one hour are 20p + small set-up charges for upto one hour.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.

Cheers

GM
