    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;Hi there,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I'm trying to activate the SIM card that was supplied with the&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;ZTE MF631 Dongle.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I opened the page "&lt;A target="_blank" href="http://www.bt.com/mobsignup"&gt;http://www.bt.com/mobsignup&lt;/A&gt;" as instructed and logged in, put in the telephone number and pin code and it brought me to a page that&amp;nbsp;just displays the phrase "No data found for given Account number." and there's no way to progress or do anything and as such I can't activate the SIM car or use the mobile network.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am absolutely awful beyond words at making formal calls on a phone so phoning support is unfortunately out of the question.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Thanks in advance,&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;Resi&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>
