BT Meridian CS1000 - Help Needed!!

Hi All,

We have a BT Meridian CS1000 and no one really knows how to configure the most basic of things since our last IT guy left as he did all the phone system changes.

We need to know how to do 2 basic things:

1.Change the name on an extension

2.Add a new extension

1.I tried to remane and extension using the OTM and now I have 2 extensions with the same number but with different names. One says RPL by it and the other says CUR. I tried to transmit the changes and a task windows then pops up and then goes after it's completed but the entries still remain the same. What have I missed here?

2.I have not tried to add a new extension yet so any help would be much appreciated.
