    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to install a BT Versatility on 3 analogue PSTN trunks with 4 extensions&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tested the lines and they are working!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've enabled the lines in the system programming&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I choose a line key or dial 9 I just get busy displayed on the feature phone extn 20&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;An incoming call rings on the extn but if I try to pick it up I also gt busy on the display&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any Ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try re booting the system. You need to disconnect the back up battery, disconnect from the mains (un plug) wait 20 secs then re apply mains and re connect battery.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
