      <title>BT has cut off my business phone number and replaced with another</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is there a BT person that can help with this as I have spent 3 weeks on the phone and on webchat going round in circles.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My name is Trevor Ferguson xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx&amp;nbsp;. I am writing regarding telephone number 02886735588 (a/c NI 4707&lt;BR /&gt;1370)&lt;BR /&gt;Before Christmas you cut my broadband off and then on 3rd of January we&lt;BR /&gt;realised you had cut off our phone number (which is essential to our Car&lt;BR /&gt;Salesroom).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reason you had tried to change the broadband to Sky and then it&lt;BR /&gt;seems you have cut off my phone number and replaced it with the phone number&lt;BR /&gt;028 86736310.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been on the phone constantly since 3rd of January and have basically&lt;BR /&gt;been given the run around with regards getting my phone number back (you are&lt;BR /&gt;still sending me bills for it). You pass me from department to department,&lt;BR /&gt;try to sell me a new line or refer me to Sky (And Sky refers me back to BT).&lt;BR /&gt;I do not wish a new line or to move to Sky - I wish my phone number&lt;BR /&gt;02886735588 back on my line so I can receive calls from my customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;THe property is in two parts and I believe the resident next door in 127a&lt;BR /&gt;has been requesting Sky broadbnad and telephone and for some reason it seems&lt;BR /&gt;you are tampering with my line instead of his.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Trevor Ferguson&lt;BR /&gt;Euro Auto Salvage Ltd&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(You will need to ring the 028 86736310 number to contact me as you have&lt;BR /&gt;switched my number off and replaced it with that one)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Samantha Faulds: Hi, my name is Samantha Faulds. I am reviewing your question.&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: on and off phone to BT &amp;amp; Sky, round in circles for three&lt;BR /&gt;weeks&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: Trevor i am sorry i don't have access to northern ireland accounts&lt;BR /&gt;i cannot help&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: lol&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: you will need to call 0289 0211105&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: been there done that&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: told me to ring sky&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: i can't help sorry&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: sky told me to ring bt&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: no phone number for the business from 3rd jan&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: is that because you have moved it to a new provider ?&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: no the next door neighbour apparently wanted to move to a&lt;BR /&gt;new provider but whatever has happened you have actioned it on my line,&lt;BR /&gt;removed my phone number and replaced it with another&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: try speaking to aftersales on 0800 800 152 they might be able to&lt;BR /&gt;help&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: but all i get is sales people trying to sell me a new line&lt;BR /&gt;or passing me to another department - ongoing since 3rd january&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: as i have said i cannot help&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson: can i be passed higher up?&lt;BR /&gt;Yvonne: not within this team you will need to speak to either after sales or&lt;BR /&gt;the northern ireland team&lt;BR /&gt;Trevor Ferguson ok thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;And just for anyone wishing to misunderstand my previous comment I mean to say "read the post" the person replying to the coustomer is a complete fool. She asks questions which are allready answered and then simply says "I cannot help". What nonsense. British! Should have a name change BT. Try Bul**** Telecom&lt;/P&gt;</description>
