Call/Fax Divert Service

Hi,

I enquired last week while speaking to one of you guys regarding a fax2email and email2fax solution, we have broadband and wanted to use the service on the phone number we have the broadband on. I was informed you didn't offer such a service, so I have set up an account with an external provider with a new geographical number.

The chap I spoke to informed me that when I had this in place, you could then place a divert on the number we have with you to the new geographical number we have for faxes. This would keep the broadband in tact and allow us to run a fax service through the phone number we have had for some time which used to have a conventional fax machine on there.

I called you guys today and was informed by the person i spoke to that this cannot be done.

Can someone clear this up for me?
