Hi Joy,

You can also place orders via BT Business Partner Sales and any enquiries which you may have which relate to billing or faults will still be handled by BT directly. If you would like to have a chat about BT Business Partner Sales just let me know.

Daniel

We had a call on 12 April from BT Local telling us BT had handed our account over to them from Corporate on 1 April!!!!! No one informed us and I am fuming! The reason I went to corporate was the terrible service we got from Local!!! Do BT not look at customer history? Is it BT local or nothing??? We will NOT have our account managed by an "exclusive partner" Does anyone know a good alternative to BT?

Why did I bother creating a response and sending it to you in a PM when you do not have the courtesy to even read the message.
