    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a couple of questions which can hopefully be answered;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a BT Versatility system and I would like to (hopefully!) do the following changes;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. We have 2 digit extensions, starting at 20, 21, 22...we would like to change this to 4 digit extensions starting 3000, 3001, 3002. Is it possible with this system?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Automated answering. Is it possible to have an automated greeting when people call to say press 1 for sales, 2 for accounts?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Call routing. Is it possible for the system to divert calls to a mobile when extension 3322 is called?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm waiting delivery of my V.24 cable so I can link directly to the PBX, but if I could get these confirmed before hand it would be great.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in short order, No, Yes, Yes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No you cant change the extension number, yes you can set up auto-attendant, and yes you can divert an extension to a mobile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have a look at the user manual, its free on our website, if you dont have it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Dean&lt;/P&gt;</description>
