topic BT Versatility Voicemail has stopped working in Archive https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/BT-Versatility-Voicemail-has-stopped-working/m-p/55740#M17050 <P>If anyone can offer any advice it would be very appreciated.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have voicemail on our phones, then a few days ago the voicemail function stopped working.</P><P>Trying to programme the voicemail just gives the messege invalid as if the voicemail function is not installed.</P><P>We had an engineer out to look at the phones and he suggested that the voicemail module must need replacing.</P><P>I have replaced the voicemail module and done a full restart - Turned power off on the unit and at the mains, disconnected the battery for a few seconds then turned everything back on.
