BT Versatility HELP - Programming Extension Missing !!

Please can someone help - I wanted to move the main featurephone so changed the programming extension, through the programming menu, but when I connected it to its new extension it says programming Refused !!!, I can't connect the phone to another extension as the other extensions won't even power the phone itself. I tried putting it back to the original extension and it still says programming refused !!, I definitely selected the right extension - so now I'm at a loss really and without access to teh programming menu I can't programme the system or make any changes.

Can anyone help ??

Try a warm reset (out of hours)

• Phone reset
Remember the simple phone reset code 739, which can be dialled from any extension phone.
• System reset
Reset: To do a warm reset of the BT Versatility press the reset button on the CCU MDF. You may also
choose programming mode and choose system, reset options, and reset.

To be sure you need the engineers software on a lap top. This gives you an overview of how the system is programmed.
