Hi,

Does anyone know if it is possible to do the following with a BT Quantum system?:

We would like to set it up so that when someone rings a DDI number, if the call is not answered, they get a message which tells them they can either dial 0 to be transferred to the main switchboard, or leave a voicemail for the person whose DDI they have just called?

I have tried setting up Auto Attendant to pick up after say 10 seconds, and can personalise the message using that, but I can only set one message no matter which DDI was called, and also I can't work out how to provide the option to leave a voicemail without directing the caller to dial the extension of the person whose DDI they have already called, so that it rings through to their voicemail.

I'm guessing that what I want is not possible but maybe someone can correct me?
