https://business.forums.bt.com/t5/Archive/Versatility-Answerphone-Messages/m-p/68722#M17122 <P>Hello,</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I'm new to the forum and have scoured it for an answer and come up empty.</P><P>We have the Versatility System and have had prerecorded answerphone messages made for us and plugged into the box etc.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>It worked for a week and now the answerphone system has shut itself down and now just plays a generic recording that came with the phone system.</P><P>I need to get it back!</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>We have a separate message for work hours and after hours.</P><P>Does anyone know how I can fix this?
