    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm new to the forum and have scoured it for an answer and come up empty.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the Versatility System and have had prerecorded answerphone messages made for us and plugged into the box etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It worked for a week and now the answerphone system has shut itself down and now just plays a generic recording that came with the phone system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to get it back!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a separate message for work hours and after hours.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone know how I can fix this? Ive read the handbook also but can't seem to get it to work!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any advice would be much appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
