    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm trying to re-configure a BT Versatility system to divert calls to our 0845 number to a particular call group.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN style="line-height: 15px;"&gt;We had this working prior to Christmas, but seem's to have stopped working after setting up night service diverts.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried both via the main system phone and via the BT Versaility User Wizard 4.5, calls to the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;DDI seems to be working fine but cannot get the 0845 number to work.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Anyone shine any light how to get this working again.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;TIA,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Lee Hall&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
