      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have a company that are using VOIP on the versatility for a second office.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They want to allow the second office to answer calls from head office if they are busy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to have the system go..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Incoming call&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rings Group 1 (Office 1 phones)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If no one answers in x rings, group 2 is then passed the call (office 2)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if no one answers in x rings, voicemail picks the call up&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is anything like this possible on the versatility?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks in advance!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
