    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So Ive just taken over as IT Manager in a new job, they have a BT Versatility system here.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;at the moment all it does is have enstensions and when the main line calls all of the handsets ring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now what I want to do is be able to program so numbers go through to ceratin lines and groups. I found some software called BT versatility V4.3 but dont know how to connect it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone guide me to some instruction (the more basic the better) and any help? I knwo theres plenty of companies that you can pay for but I would like to learn myself.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Connect the cable to the com1 port on the back of a computer with the software on and you can set up lines like that.....&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or do what Ive done and turn the volume down on each V8 handset when it rings to mute. We have 6 phones in the office, 2 of which ring but anyone can pick up...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
